Where can I reschedule my booking with a stylist?
You can head to the bookings section and choose your available time and date in order to reschedule the appointment.
How can I cancel my booking with a stylist?
You will have to enter the bookings section and click on the cancel option. Mention the reason and you can confirm the cancellation.
What would happen if the duration of my deal expires and I haven’t availed the service?
You are allowed to cancel the deal and request for refund in such a situation.
What is the processing time of refund?
You will receive your refund in 2-3 days. We will return the credited amount to your account.
What are the payment methods available?
You can bill the amount through online payment methods like Paytm and Gpay, or via credit/debit card transaction. We also accept cash.
