3. Our platform provides a user-friendly appointment scheduling system that allows you to book sessions with stylists at times and locations that suit your convenience. This feature is designed to enhance your planning and ensure a smooth, enjoyable styling experience.
4. MyStylist offers advanced style management solutions that help you keep track of your favorite looks, upcoming appointments, and past stylist interactions. This system is aimed at helping you maintain a consistent and evolving personal style that aligns with your lifestyle and preferences.

6. User Obligations

1. You commit to providing truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and at any subsequent times of updating or modifying your profile. It is essential that your personal details reflect your current situation, as this ensures the effectiveness and personalization of our services. You are responsible for the regular review and necessary update of your information to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
2. You agree to use the MyStylist app and its associated services strictly for lawful purposes. This includes adhering to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Any use of our services for fraudulent purposes, to incite violence, or to engage in any activity that could result in harm to others or to the service itself is strictly prohibited.
3. By using MyStylist, you agree to not only comply with our terms and conditions but also any governing laws and regulations. This commitment extends to any interactions and transactions made through our app, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a legal and ethical manner.
4. You are expected to engage respectfully with all users and stylists on the platform. This includes refraining from any behaviour that could be considered harassing, abusive, or discriminatory. MyStylist is committed to maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment, and your cooperation is vital in upholding these standards.

7. Warranty and Disclaimers

1. MyStylist and all content, services, and features provided through the app are supplied "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RoSe Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services provided will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or defects, or that any information obtained will be accurate or reliable. You acknowledge that your use of the app and reliance on any services or content is at your sole risk.
2. We strive to keep MyStylist available at all times, however, the app may be unavailable occasionally for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. RoSe Technologies makes no guarantees regarding the availability of the service and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services without notice at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoSe technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall RoSe technologies total liability for all claims related to the services exceed the amount you paid for the services or Rs 1000 whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoSe technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights, including without limitation, any intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) your violation of any law or regulation.

10. Governing Law

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], India.
